Characteristic
- CW Plaster Liquid is a white, viscous liquid.
- It increases the strength of the plaster and prevents the powder from flying off.
- It helps the pigment powder to develop more vivid colors.
- When mixing with gypsum, it is recommended not to exceed the maximum 30% ratio, and the recommended CW ratio is 28.5% of the total weight. (Plaster Powder 2.5: CW Plaster Liquid 1)
- Shake the plaster liquid well before use.
- The odor of raw materials is very strong, so be sure to wear a mask and ventilate after working.

How to use
Mix gypsum and pigment powder first, mix well so that there is no agglomeration of the powder, and then add CW plaster liquid.
When mixing with gypsum, it is recommended not to exceed the maximum ratio of 30%, and the recommended CW ratio is 28.5% of the total weight. (Gypsum 2.5: CW Plaster Liquid 1)


Tip. Usage Rate Example
(Plaster Powder 2.5: CW Plaster Liquid 1)
Primary Ratio: Plaster Powder 100g: CW plaster liquid 40g
If the total weight required for the mold to be made is about 100g: Plaster Powder 71.5g: CW Plaster Liquid 28.5g

Mold capacity ÷ 7 × 5 = Plaster base capacity 
Mold capacity ÷ 7 × 2 = Volume of CW plaster liquid to be mixed


** It can be used by mixing a small amount with water to stir more smoothly.
** The raw material odor is strongly felt during production, but it is mixed with gypsum and becomes odorless as it hardens.
